By booking our studio, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these carefully before making your booking:

Acceptance of Terms
By booking a session at Framms Studio, you, the client, acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein, forming a legally binding agreement between you and Cotebas Group Sdn Bhd, operating as Framms Studio.
Studio Use and Booking
Our studio is available for rental during published operating hours, 9 am to 9 pm, Monday to Sunday, excluding major holidays. All bookings are subject to availability and require an advance reservation.

Payment
Full payment of the rental fee is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. An 8% Sales and Service Tax (SST) will be applied to the total invoice as mandated by law.

Cancellation and Rescheduling
Rescheduling a session must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations are not permitted; only rescheduling is available. Rescheduling within 48 hours of your session may incur additional fees.

Indemnity
You assume full responsibility for the conduct and safety of all persons present during your booking and agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Framms Studio, its employees, agents, and successors from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the studio.

Equipment and Facilities
You are responsible for any damage to or loss of studio equipment and facilities used during your session and will be charged for repair or replacement costs.

Studio Conduct
Smoking, illegal substances, and hazardous materials are prohibited on studio premises. Pets require prior written approval. Food and beverages must be confined to designated areas.

Intellectual Property
All media produced in the studio are the intellectual property of the client unless otherwise specified through a written agreement.

Limitation of Liability
Framms Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the studio.
 

Changes to Terms and Conditions
Framms Studio reserves the right to alter these terms at any time. Continued use of the studio after such modifications will constitute agreement to the new terms.
 

Privacy Policy
Framms Studio values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Any personal information submitted through our booking process is collected, stored, and used only for the purposes of fulfilling your reservation, providing customer service, and communicating offers related to our services, subject to your consent. We ensure that all personal data is handled in compliance with relevant data protection laws and regulations.

 

Force Majeure
Neither Framms Studio nor the client shall be held responsible for any failure or delay in performing their obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause that is beyond the reasonable control of that party. Such causes include, but are not limited to: power failure, Internet Service Provider failure, industrial action, civil unrest, fire, flood, storms, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, acts of war, governmental action, or any other natural or man-made eventuality outside of our control. Should such a force majeure event occur, the affected party will attempt to perform their obligations as soon as reasonably possible after the event's resolution.
